Qualitifcations
City Properties, LLC completed EPA Lead-Safe Certification in March 2010. Lead-Safe Certification is federally mandated under the EPA Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) rule. RRP requires any contractor who disrupts more than six square feet of lead paint in pre-1978 homes, schools, day care centers and other places where children spend time to be certified.
